1. Eligibility & Age Verification

VOICA.LOL is strictly intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By clicking "Agree", entering the site, or utilizing the voice calling service, you expressly affirm, represent, and warrant that:

• You are of legal adult age (at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• You will not permit or facilitate access to the Service by any minor under your care or supervision.

If you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from using VOICA.LOL. We reserve the right to immediately terminate access for any user suspected of being underage.

2. Description of the Service

VOICA.LOL provides a free, web-based platform that matches users across the globe for live, real-time, one-on-one voice conversations utilizing WebRTC technology. The platform also offers visual anime avatars, collaborative in-call multiplayer games (Guess The Flag, Live Sketchpad, Tic-Tac-Toe), ephemeral text chat, and a client-side friends management system.

The Service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment and casual communication purposes.

3. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

To preserve a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all global users, you agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors while using VOICA.LOL:

• Sexual Misconduct: Transmitting explicit sexual sounds, groaning, soliciting sexual acts, discussing non-consensual sexual content, or making unsolicited sexual propositions.
• Hate Speech & Discrimination: Uttering slurs, derogatory comments, insults, or threats targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
• Harassment & Bullying: Stalking, intimidating, verbally abusing, threatening violence, or persistently annoying other users.
• Solicitation, Phishing & Commercial Spam: Selling goods, services, cryptocurrency schemes, financial investments, adult content subscriptions, or transmitting phishing URLs.
• Circumventing Bans: Utilizing VPN rotation, proxy tampering, private browsing hacks, or device spoofing to bypass active community bans or rate limits.
• Automated Scripts & Bots: Operating automated audio playback bots, recording scrapers, connection farming tools, or unauthorized API clients.
• Illegal Content & Acts: Facilitating illegal acts, discussing unlawful substances, or violating intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

4. Moderation, Reporting & Automated Ban Enforcement

VOICA.LOL incorporates automated moderation systems and peer-to-peer reporting tools:

• In-Call Report Tool: Any user can report an abusive partner directly via the Report button in the call action bar.
• Automated 24-Hour Timeout: When a user accumulates multiple reports from unique conversation partners within a short timeframe, the system automatically issues a 24-hour timeout ban.
• Permanent Ban Authority: We reserve the sole and absolute right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property & User Content

All trademarks, logos, visual graphics, user interface designs, sound assets, and code associated with VOICA.LOL are the exclusive intellectual property of VOICA.LOL or its licensors.

When you generate custom avatar combinations or create live drawings on the collaborative sketchpad, you grant VOICA.LOL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and transmit such content solely for the purpose of operating the real-time session.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOICA.LOL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE ENDORSE, VERIFY, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SPEECH, OPINIONS, CONDUCT, OR SOUNDS PRODUCED BY ANY USER OF THE PLATFORM.

7. Limitation of Liability
