At VOICA.LOL ("we", "us", or "our"), user privacy is not an afterthought or an optional toggle—it is the foundational premise upon which our platform is engineered. We believe authentic conversations can only flourish when individuals know their identity, voice, and personal communications are completely protected from corporate surveillance, recording, and commercial exploitation.

1. The Zero-Log Architecture

Traditional social media networks route user conversations through centralized servers where speech can be transcribed, indexed, and stored for algorithmic profiling. VOICA.LOL operates on a radically different paradigm known as ephemeral signaling.

Our backend servers act solely as a matchmaker and signaling conduit to broker the initial connection between two web browsers. Once the cryptographic handshake is completed, the media session transitions into a direct browser-to-browser WebRTC channel. No audio data ever transits our disks, databases, or permanent storage systems.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

To ensure transparency, here is what VOICA.LOL strictly refrains from collecting:

• Personal Identifiers: We do not collect legal names, birthdays, postal addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.
• Audio Content: Audio streams, voice samples, frequency spectrums, or transcriptions are never captured or saved.
• Payment or Financial Details: VOICA.LOL is 100% free; we do not collect credit cards, bank accounts, or crypto wallet keys.
• Precise GPS Geolocation: We never access or request device GPS coordinates or precise location telemetry.
• Biometric Profiling: We do not perform voice recognition, pitch profiling, or biometric identification.

3. Transient Data & Signaling Information

To facilitate random matchmaking and maintain network integrity, our infrastructure processes certain ephemeral data points in active RAM:

• IP Addresses: Your IP address is processed strictly in memory during connection negotiation to resolve approximate geolocation (country and city) and to prevent automated bot flood attacks, abuse loops, and malicious duplicate connections. IP addresses are never permanently logged with your conversations.
• Session Socket Identifiers: A temporary, randomly generated socket ID is assigned when you open the website. This ID ceases to exist the moment you close your tab or end your session.
• WebRTC Session Description Protocol (SDP) & ICE Candidates: Temporary cryptographic keys and network traversal parameters are exchanged between peers solely to establish the real-time audio socket.
• In-Call Transient Payloads: Messages sent in the in-call text drawer, sketchpad draw strokes, and Guess The Flag game moves are relayed live in memory between connected partners and disappear completely upon call hang-up.

4. Client-Side Local Storage (No Tracking Cookies)

VOICA.LOL does not use third-party marketing cookies. We utilize your browser's native localStorage API strictly to preserve your local application preferences across visits:

• Avatar Configuration: Your custom anime or cartoon avatar selections (hair, skin tone, eye shape, outfit, aura).
• Gender Preference: Your selected matchmaking gender tag.
• 18+ Confirmation: A timestamped acknowledgment that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Age Requirement.
• Friends System Keys: If you add a stranger as a friend, cryptographic public identifiers are stored locally in your browser so you can identify when they are online.

5. Peer-to-Peer Security & Network Traversal

WebRTC peer-to-peer technology requires exchanging IP addresses between the two connected endpoints to establish direct media streaming. In scenarios where strict NAT firewalls prevent direct P2P connections, traffic is routed through encrypted TURN relays where audio packets are relayed blind without decryption.

If you prefer to conceal your general IP address from conversation peers, we recommend using a reputable Virtual Private Network (VPN). VOICA.LOL is fully compatible with standard VPN protocols.

6. Abuse Prevention & Automated Safety

To uphold safety without inspecting private audio, VOICA.LOL employs automated, behavioral community moderation:

• Report System: If a user engages in harassment, hate speech, or explicit behavior, the other party can submit a report. Multiple reports from distinct peers trigger an automated, progressive 24-hour timeout.
• Anti-IP Duplication: Our connection gatekeeper prevents malicious users from opening multiple simultaneous tabs to farm connections or spam the matching queue.

7. Strict 18+ Age Policy

VOICA.LOL is exclusively designed for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly facilitate connections or collect information from minors under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is underage, their session is terminated immediately and their network identifier is blocked from accessing the matchmaking system.

8. International User Rights (GDPR, UK DPA & CCPA/CPRA)

Because VOICA.LOL operates on a strict zero-registration, data-minimization architecture, we do not maintain persistent user accounts, profiles, or databases linking personal identities to activity. Users within the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and California enjoy rights including:

• Right to Erasure: You can erase all local data stored by VOICA.LOL instantly by clearing your browser cache and local storage.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate against users exercising privacy rights.
• "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information": VOICA.LOL has never sold, leased, or monetized user information and will never do so.
